This role includes the traditional office-based 'Parts Advisor' role serving our internal workshop technicians with New Parts, as well as a hands on 'end-to-end Green Parts Management' process.

Service Advisor
We have an opening around Autumn 2026 for a Service Advisor to join our team.
We have an opening around Autumn 2026 for a Service Advisor to join our team.
The Service Advisor role is office based and a key link between the workshop technicians and our customers. BMW experience is preferred as well as knowledge of DMS software and Microsoft Office applications. Experience of working in a main dealership, or independent workshop environment is required. Training is also provided.

Valeter / Detailer
We are looking for a valeter or detailer to work with us 1 day per week.
The role is for every Friday here on site at Redish Motorsport BS13 7TT.
This would likely suit someone already setup with a valeting/detailing business and want a full day of guaranteed work every Friday.
We're flexible with you supplying your own equipment or can supply it if needs be.
We mostly require maintenance cleans of vehicles exteriors, but will sometimes include interior cleaning, engine bay cleaning, and in some cases more professional detailing work.

Social Media Editor
We are always keen to hear from Video Editors and/or Social Media Managers.
We are always keen to hear from Video Editors and/or Social Media Managers.
The main time will be spent producing and editing videos for our YouTube channel by shadowing technicians to capture key stages or our workshop processes.
You will also create 60 second short form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, YouTube Shorts, as well as TikTok and other social posts and stories.
You should have an interest in trying new editing techniques to produce exciting content as well as being able to adapt your style to allow for new trends.
